Children’s Paint Night
Join Mrs. Kathy for an afternoon of painting a create placemat for you to use for Thanksgiving! If you’re not feeling the Thanksgiving spirit, that’s ok. You can paint something of your own choosing. All Suppplies are provided. Please wear appropriate clothes. We will provide smocks, but paint is still messy.
Turkey Craft Night
Celebrate Fall with this adorable craft for the children. These cute Turkey books are perfect for the Thanksgiving season. Let the little ones create these cute turkey books to keep all their memories in or to write what they are thankful for.
Family Game Night
Bring your family and friends to play a game of revenge like sorry, plan a strategic battle in risk, or show your trivia skills with a game of Trivial Pursuit! You can also play a video game on our playstation, x-box or wii. We also have card games and vintage games such as atari and the retro duo. You choose the game and have a great time.Â
Teen Book Discussion
Bring your friends and discussion your favorite book or choose a book to discuss each month. Discuss what books you loved, what books you disliked, what books you couldn’t put down and the ones you just couldn’t finish, if there are any. Watch a movie adaptation and discuss the differences between the book and the movie. Which did you like better?Â
Storytime and Craft
Bring the little ones for a storytime session aboutpumpkins, just in time for the fall season! We will read some stories about Noodles the dog who is not happy about the arrival of a new kitten in the house, a girl named Prudence who wants a pet so much that she adopts a branch, a twig, a tire, and even a shoe named Formal Footwear, but none is a suitable pet for Prudence, and a boy wants all of the pets in a pet store but he and his sister can choose only one, how do you narrow it down to just one?Â
Little Builders
It’s Dinovember! Bring the little ones to play and build with our mega lego blocks! Let them be creative and imaginitive with a variety of building blocks. This month’s Theme is Dinosaurs!
Kindness Coloring
Bring your little ones for an afternoon coloring Kindness sheets. There will be a variety of Kindness coloring sheets available along with crayons, colored pencils, and markers. Coloring sheets and other materils will be provided. Snacks and juice will be provided.
Family Movie Night
Join us for an evening as we watch IF! A young girl who goes through a difficult experience begins to see everyone’s imaginary friends who have been left behind as their real-life friends have grown up.
Stuffed Animal Adoption Program
It’s National Adoption Day!! Come in and adopt a Stuffie. Fill out the adoption card and take your new stufftie to it’s new loving home!Â
