Juvenile Paint Night

Join Mrs. Kathy for an afternoon of painting an adorable panda holding balloons! If you’re not feeling the panda, that’s ok. You can paint a polar bear, black bear, brown bear, or something of your own choosing. All Suppplies are provided. Please wear appropriate clothes. We will provide smocks, but paint is still messy.  Parents must accompany small children at all times. Thornton and East Hazel Crest Libraries reserve the right to cancel or reschedule this event.

Family Game Night

Bring any accents you would like to use specifically or use what we have to offer!

Lego Night

Bring the little ones to play and build with our mega lego blocks! Or the older kids can use the regular lego blocks and create someting more challenging. If you are an adult, see what you can create in an hour with the legos we have. Be creative and let your imaginations lead the way!

Teen Book Discussion

Discuss what books you loved, what books you disliked, what books you couldn’t put down and the ones you just couldn’t finish, if there are any. Watch a movie adaptaion and discuss the differences between the book and the movie. Which did you like better?Â

Storytime and Craft
