Cotton Ball Launcher Craft

Join us as we make a fun, safe launcher for play. Using just two cardboard tubes, a pencil, and a rubber band; you can make a cotton ball launcher. Come on in and we will show you how. Get some cotton balls to take home and play in your backyard!
